to the Visit Wales e-training programme, designed to enable you to
increase your knowledge of the Wales product and sell our fascinating
country with confidence!
The e-training programme has been designed to be flexible, easy
to navigate and is based upon a modular structure allowing you to
dip in – and dip out - of the programme as your busy schedule
allows.
E-training programme
The programme consists of 7 units, with a multiple-choice test at the end of each unit.
The units cover a range of factual information on Wales; its history, its geography and importantly, how to get to and around Wales using an interactive map system.
Learn about the Story of Wales – its myths and legends; its famous characters and also about the many varied attractions your client can visit once in the country.
Need some help in compiling a garden or castles tour? Or simply arranging accommodation for your clients? Then let our local Wales experts guide you – Unit 7 is dedicated to itinerary planning and helping you make contact with those in the know about Wales – your knowledgeable ground handler or Wales Official Tour Guide.

Completion of the E-training Programme
When all 7 Units have been successfully completed, you will be
presented with a Wales Specialist Certificate.
